1- A theological college is in preparations to become a university with various faculties in the near future
2- A three year savings led program is to cover four Dioceses for PEAR. The program which aims at fighting poverty among Rwandans is slated for 2008 -2010 .
3- Adequate care and effective education on HIV-AIDS pandemic to be put in place in the year 2009. The program will cover all the Dioceses a cross the country
